Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

FieldBridge seeks a Windsor, CO based Bulk Plant Operator to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $19-$21/hr DOE. 15 days on, 6 days off, 12 hour shifts. Great opportunity for OT and weekly payment every Friday. At $21/hr and 84 hours a week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,226 gross.

Job Summary:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services to customers. This role supports field and maintenance operations by preparing equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and report any issues or deviations.
• Ensure personal and crew safety at all times.
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies.
• Maintain all required safety training and certifications.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience operating industrial or field equipment preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced, field environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
