Description
This role is for a senior Celonis Process Mining Lead who can independently drive a process mining initiative from start to finish. The person will work directly with business stakeholders, source and transform data, design solutions, build and deploy use cases in Celonis, and provide ongoing production support.

- Gather and translate business requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Perform data extraction, preparation, and integration from source systems.
- Design and develop process mining use cases within the Celonis platform.
- Conduct process analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, deployment, and support activities.
- Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and maintain critical platform knowledge.
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining.
- Experience managing end-to-end process mining implementations.
- Data modeling, ETL, and source system integration experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Ability to interact directly with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues.
- Team lead or solution architect experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Prior experience delivering enterprise-scale process mining projects.
