### Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician
- 3rd Shift
You will operate and test assemblies on the night shift to ensure products meet specifications and production goals. You will work closely with supervisors and production teammates to keep tooling, equipment, and outputs aligned with customer requirements. This is an onsite, 3rd-shift role (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).
### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and tests
- Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Operate test equipment and verify calibration; conduct test audits
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling and make necessary adjustments for non-conforming assemblies
- Assist and instruct others in daily activities and maintain production flow
- Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while observing safety rules
- Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure assemblies meet dimensional and customer specifications
### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED
- US person status
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
-Manual dexterity and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)
