TRC is HIRING PROCESS TECHNICIANS in WHITE, GA!

 

Overview: The Process Technician supports process testing, product development, and manufacturing improvement activities in a production environment. This role works closely with engineers and operations teams to prepare materials, perform measurements and inspections, collect and analyze data, maintain testing equipment, and document results. 

 

Pay: $23/hr +$1 shift differential

Shift: 6:00PM - 6:30AM

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials, equipment, and documentation needed for process tests and development activities.

  • Perform measurements, inspections, and basic testing to support process verification and improvement. 

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to process performance, yield, cycle time, material usage.

  • Support engineers and cross-functional teams in executing trials, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process changes.

  • Maintain testing and measurement equipment and coordinate repairs or replacement as needed.

  • Follow safety procedures, standard work instructions, and quality requirements.

  • Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, engineers, and other departments.  

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, process, technician, laboratory, or related technical environment preferred.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and standard Microsoft Office software.

  • Comfort working with numbers, technical data, and routine calculations.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.

  • Ability to follow written procedures and work effectively in a team environment.

Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Fast-paced production or technical environment.

  • May require standing for extended periods and lifting materials or equipment within standard job limits.

  • May involve exposure to heat, chemicals, noise, or other manufacturing conditions.

  • Use of PPE may be required based on work area tasks.
