Cell Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.50/hour
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable Cell Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and keeping the production area organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production and molding equipment.

• Perform visual inspections and weight checks to ensure product quality.

• Package, label, count, and document finished products.

• Move materials and finished goods throughout the production area.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures while working as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.50/hour, including shift differential.
