Ceded Reinsurance Account Manager

Resolute Management, Inc. is a Third-Party Administrator hired by clients to handle complex environmental, asbestos, and/or latent type insurance claims. • Reviewing underlying claim matters and coverage files to determine if claims are reportable to reinsurers.
• Providing reinsurers with initial notice.
• Providing reinsurers with status updates.
• Billing reinsurers.
• Collecting from reinsurers.
• Ensuring that reinsurer inquiries are addressed.
• Performing special projects and assignments related to area of authority (for example: handling reinsurer audits and collateral requests).
  
  

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills required.
• Capable of working independently and meeting assigned deadlines.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred; Law degree a plus.
• CPCU or other industry designation, a plus.
  
  

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Prior reinsurance or claims experience, a plus.
