In this position, you"ll lead the team that brings brands to life in the club - recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You"ll oversee product preparation and presentation, ensure top-notch service for every Club member, and keep communication flowing between warehouse managers, vendors, and your demonstrators, including support for new location grand openings.

Now, about you:
- Are comfortable recruiting, training, and leading a team in a friendly, motivating way
- Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Bring 3+ years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Are detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
- Have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Can exercise independent judgment and coach employees through performance issues
- Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are available to participate in new location grand openings as needed
