 Penmac Staffing / Transportation Department is seeking an experienced CDL-A Local Delivery Driver for a paper goods distribution company in Springfield, MO. $22/hr. Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday
• Start time: 5:00 AM
• End time varies based on daily deliveries
• Local routes with home daily

Requirements for the CDL-A Local Delivery Driver

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least one year of recent CDL-A driving experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Stable work history
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and any DOT-required screenings
• Ability to safely unload freight using a pallet jack

 CDL-A Local Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Make local deliveries of dry goods to customer locations
• Operate an automatic 53-foot dry van sleeper semi (International ProStar)
• Load and unload products as needed using a pallet jack
• Complete required electronic log (E-Log) documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
