White Pine Freight LLC is hiring Class A CDL drivers for our Amazon Freight Partner operation based in Shakopee, Minnesota.
We're a locally owned transportation company hauling freight exclusively within Amazon's transportation network. You'll drive new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors, hauling no-touch, drop-and-hook freight on predictable regional routes.
The Schedule
5 days out. 2 days home.
You'll complete one 5-day regional route each week:
- Spend 4 nights in the sleeper
- Return home at the end of your 5-day route
- Spend 3 nights at home
- Then head out for your next route
You'll work 60–70 hours over the 5-day route.
That means four nights away and three nights home every week — a chance to put in serious hours and earn strong money without the traditional OTR schedule of being gone for weeks at a time.
The Pay
$80,000–$95,000 per year.
These are high-hour routes, and the earning opportunity reflects it.

What You'll Do
- Drive safely and professionally. Safety comes first — for you, for the public, and for everyone working around the truck.
- Complete 5-day regional routes within Amazon's transportation network and return home at the end of each route.
- Move drop-and-hook freight between Amazon facilities without loading or unloading trailers.
- Take care of your equipment by completing required inspections and reporting issues before they become bigger problems.
- Communicate clearly with operations when routes change, delays happen, or you need support.
- Represent White Pine Freight professionally at Amazon facilities, on the road, and everywhere our trucks go.
What You Need
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements
