Butterfield Trail Village, Northwest Arkansas’ premier retirement community, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and safety-minded CDL Passenger Driver to join our transportation team. You’ll safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping, restaurants, church services, concerts, sporting events, scenic drives, and exciting day trips. Valid Arkansas CDL with Passenger Endorsement
Clean driving record
DOT Medical Certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience driving passenger buses or commercial vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving seniors
Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
Leadership, fleet coordination, or transportation management experience preferred
Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred
