    About the Role

    Dexter is looking for a CDL Flatbed Driver in El Reno to handle local and regional deliveries, move materials between locations, and support daily loading and unloading operations. This role is hands-on and active — part driving, part working the load — with a consistent schedule and no over-the-road lifestyle.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • 1st Shift – Early morning start, averaging 10–11 hour days
    • Hourly pay (no mileage pay)
    • Dedicated local/regional route averaging 300–600 miles per day
    • 5–10 delivery stops daily
    • Deliveries throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri
    • No weekends and no scheduled holiday work
    • Occasional overnight layovers may be required based on business needs
    • Prepare, stage, and verify orders for delivery.
    • Load and unload trucks as needed.
    • Audit loads to ensure products and quantities match shipping documents.
    • Secure freight properly before transport.
    • Deliver products safely and professionally to customer locations.
    • Pick up raw materials for production as needed.
    • Assist with route planning to maximize efficiency and equipment utilization.
    • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections.
    • Complete basic preventative maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.
    • Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
    • Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Certification
    • Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience (manual transmission included)
    • Previous flatbed experience preferred
    • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
    • Clean driving record (no DUI in past 3 years); cleared DOT drug screening and background check
    • Safety-focused and dependable
    • Able to work independently without constant supervision
    • High school diploma or GED
