About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CDL Driver to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials, maintaining vehicle standards, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor.
• Validate directions and ensure all material is properly secured and within weight limits.
• Unload or assist in unloading material as required and obtain customer signature on delivery tickets.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and comply with all DOT standards and regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including picking materials and loading and strapping down loads.
• Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day and report any vehicle problems or incidents.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with at least one year of CDL experience.
• Experience with flatbed trucks and ability to strap down loads.
• Proficiency in sit-down forklift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smartphone delivery tracking systems.
