    Position Title; CDL Fuel & Lube Driver FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Reports to: Crew Foreperson

    Job Description Summary

    • Responsible for the refueling and lube of Company equipment at varied work sites in the Chattanooga area.

    Requirements:

    • Experience required - 1+ years of verified CDL

    • License or certification: Class A or B

    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and driving test

    • Clean MVR preferred

    • Must be in a commutable distance to Chattanooga, TN

    • Strong desire to learn and grow within Talley Construction

    • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

    • Provide personal transportation to and from the jobsite

    • Ability to lift construction materials exceeding 50 lbs.

    • Ability to walking, stand, climb, squat, bend and twist continually and for long periods of time

    • Ability to properly measure and cut materials as required

    • Ability to work independently and within a team

    • Must pass post offer drug screen and background check

    • Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the US.

    • Local

    Education/Experience:

    • Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

    • Driving: CDL with hazmat endorsements preferred

    • 1 year (Preferred)
