    Role Overview
    Responsible for safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites. This is a hands-on field role that supports overall jobsite productivity and crew operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Driving & Hauling
    • Operate:
      • Dump trucks
      • Water trucks
      • Other commercial vehicles
    • Haul materials:
      • Dirt, aggregate, asphalt, construction debris
    • Load and unload materials safely
    • Follow haul routes and production schedules
    Equipment & Jobsite Support
    • Assist with loading operations alongside field crews
    • Operate water trucks for:
      • Dust control
      • Compaction support
    • Support general jobsite tasks when not driving
    Safety & Compliance
    • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
    • Perform daily:
      • Pre-trip inspections
      • Post-trip inspections
    • Report:
      • Mechanical issues
      • Incidents
      • Safety concerns
    • Maintain clean and safe equipment
    Jobsite Coordination
    • Communicate with foremen and dispatch
    • Stay aware of jobsite conditions and traffic
    • Support overall crew productivity

    Qualifications
    • Valid CDL (Class A or B)
    • Clean driving record
    • Experience operating dump/water trucks or similar
    • Strong awareness of jobsite safety
    • Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
