Safely operate a:
- 2-axle flatbed straight truck
- Mack tractor with a 53-foot flatbed trailer
- 48-foot Landoll trailer with flip tail
- Load, transport, and unload construction equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Properly secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites on schedule.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and trailers.
- Identify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Represent Suntec professionally while interacting with jobsite personnel and team members.
- Valid CDL license and current DOT medical card.
- Minimum 1 year of flatbed driving experience preferred.
- Experience hauling construction equipment and securing loads.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours when project schedules require.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues.
- Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Preferred Experience
- Construction industry experience.
- Experience operating Landoll trailers or hauling heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement practices.
