Job Title: CDL DriverJob Description
We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to operate CDL Class A and/or Class B commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and straight trucks. You will be responsible for delivering building materials and related products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
Responsibilities
+ Safely operate CDL Class A and/or Class B commercial vehicles.
+ Deliver building materials and related products to customer locations.
+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
+ Load, secure, transport, and unload materials according to safety standards and company procedures.
+ Verify delivery orders, maintain accurate paperwork, and obtain customer signatures.
+ Comply with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety requirements.
+ Provide exceptional customer service at delivery locations.
+ Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers regarding deliveries and schedules.
+ Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness.
+ Assist with warehouse, yard, and inventory activities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Valid CDL Class A or CDL Class B License with a clean driving record.
+ Current DOT Medical Card.
+ Previous commercial driving and delivery experience preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience delivering building materials, lumber, roofing products, windows, doors, millwork, or other construction-related products is a plus.
+ Forklift certification or experience preferred.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 75 pounds.
+ Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
+ Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
