HireLevel is seeking a CDL Operator (Class A or B) for our client in Marion, IL.
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Operator to join a busy service team. This full-time position offers a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, three scheduled days off, and additional call-in opportunities.
The ideal candidate holds a valid Class A or Class B CDL, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working a flexible schedule.

Pay: Starting at $18/hour and up, based on experience

Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles requiring a Class A or Class B CDL
Complete assigned driving and operational duties
Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding daily assignments
Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in safe operating condition
Respond to call-in assignments as scheduled or needed
Assist with additional operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
- Understanding of safe driving practices and applicable regulations
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work four 12-hour shifts and respond to call-ins as needed
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct
