CDL Driver/Field Worker

JOB OVERVIEW:

The CDL Driver (Class A)/Field Worker is responsible for supporting our job sites by ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are delivered to each job site. The items hauled include paint, fuel, and other flammable materials. The driver will typically drive about 200 - 300 miles per day between job sites and the warehouse. When not driving, this position would be required to work on the jobsite in a Field Worker position.

CDL Duties:

• Complete daily truck log and submit reports daily
• Observe and report equipment and mechanical failures immediately
• Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers and the public
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle before and after each shift and report any problems or damages to management
• Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
• Load and unload trucks/trailers
• Transfer material from warehouse to jobsites
• Traffic control
• Majority of local travel

Field Duties:

• Prepare and grind surfaces
• Mix materials
• Demolition
• Mobilization/demobilization
• Operate power tools as necessary
• Perform manual work functions associated with specific jobs, while wearing appropriate PPE
• Operate heavy machinery
• Prepare and clean up the jobsite on a daily basis
