We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating commercial vehicles and various types of equipment to support daily operations. Candidates must possess a valid CDL and have a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
+ Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, or other heavy equipment as needed.
+ Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
+ Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
+ Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
+ Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
+ Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
+ Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments.
+ Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and the public.
Qualifications
+ Valid Class A or Class B CDL required.
+ Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards.
+ Equipment operating experience preferred.
+ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
+ Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
