KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review CDL driver applications and experience

• Verify basic candidate qualification information

• Communicate with drivers regarding available opportunities

• Match qualified applicants with suitable recruiting pipelines

• Track candidate progress and follow-up activity

• Maintain accurate recruiting records

• Identify missing application information

• Help candidates understand their next recruiting steps

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail

• Clear and professional communication

• Comfortable speaking with truck drivers

• Ability to evaluate application information

• Comfortable working with ATS, CRM, and online systems

• Transportation, recruiting, or CDL-industry experience is preferred

• Strong follow-through and organization
