We're seeking a dependable Wholesale Delivery Driver to deliver products to retail stores within an assigned territory while representing our company in a professional, efficient, and customer-friendly manner.
Schedule
Monday - Friday
Day and night shifts available
Compensation
$24-$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
- Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Load and unload product at delivery locations
- Verify and prepare orders using load sheets and handheld devices
- Complete required delivery documentation and DOT logs accurately and timely
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and internal personnel
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B license with Air Brakes endorsement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb in and out of truck repeatedly throughout shift
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
