Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver / Material Handler to join a busy manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on material handling to support daily production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, enjoys working in a team environment, and is comfortable operating forklifts, industrial equipment, and commercial vehicles.

Required Experience & Skills
Valid CDL Class A license preferred (CDL Class B will also be considered)
Must meet all state and federal requirements for commercial vehicle operation
Ability to operate a manual transmission is required
Previous material handling or fabrication shop experience preferred
Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training
Ability to read and write basic shop communications
Ability to accurately use a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials as assigned
Load and unload raw materials and finished products from trucks and trailers
Package materials appropriately for safe transportation and storage
Locate, organize, and move materials throughout the facility
Operate forklifts, industrial trucks, electric hoists, and other material handling equipment
Follow material movement instructions and production schedules accurately
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation related to material movement and deliveries
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Support workplace organization by maintaining established 5S standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous CDL driving experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Forklift experience
Basic fabrication shop knowledge
Experience working around overhead cranes or heavy industrial equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
Ability to safely climb in and out of commercial vehicles and operate industrial equipment
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday
Work Environment
Heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
Safety Sensitive position requiring constant awareness of surrounding equipment and personnel
Exposure to forklifts, overhead cranes, trucks, heavy materials, and automated equipment
Overtime and occasional Saturday work based on production needs
