CLASS A CDL/General Labor/Equipment Operator
Reports to: Operations Manager Date: 05/04/2026 Essential Duties: On time deliveries, pre- and post-trip inspections. Responsible for transporting of heavy haul equipment and materials transported to locations or job sites. Class A manual transmission. Keeping your vehicle clean and ensuring maintenance. Maintain up to date medical card. We also offer paid vacation/PTO days as well a per diem Essential Functions:
EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
EE will be responsible for loading, securing and unloading equipment
EE will be responsible for complying with all DOT laws
EE will be responsible for verifying loads for accuracy
EE will be responsible for reporting any defects or deficiencies with truck or trailer or load to their direct supervisor
immediately and prior to leaving shop/location.
EE will be responsible for logging all hours on duty, driving and off duty legally
EE will be responsible for your role in the PO policy Process
EE will perform tasks in teams and as solo.
EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner
EE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationships
EE will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
EE will be responsible for helping in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed.
EE will run trash dumpster to landfill when needed.
EE will wash and patch containment when CDL duties are not needed.
EE will deliver equipment and material to pad for full site jobs and stay to help as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of DOT regulations
Understanding Load Securement
Ability to load and unload equipment such as manlifts, loaders, telehandlers Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
Knowledge of FMCSA policies Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required. basic math skills required
Job Experience: 2+ yrs. driving experience, 1+ yrs. load securement experience. CLASS A CDL, Current Med Card
Computer Proficiency: Ability to utilize timekeeping system, smart phone, and some computer skills
Training: Necessary training provided by Titan Solutions Working & Physical Conditions:
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bending
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test
Must posses Class A CDL with current Med-Card Travel Requirements: May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer travel up to 25% of time
Pay Range: Starting $27.00 - $35.00
