Company Truck Driver – Dry Van
We are currently hiring experienced Company Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We provide the truck and equipment, and drivers operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
Compensation
- Up to $0.80 per mile (CPM)
- Paid on both loaded and empty miles
- 1099 contractor compensation
- Referral and safety bonus opportunities
Equipment
Drivers may be assigned one of the following:
- Freightliner Cascadia Evolution 126
- Model years 2023–2027, subject to availability
- Trucks are maintained and operated in compliance with applicable DOT requirements
Truck assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Freight and Operation
- Dry van freight
- Power-only operation
- No-touch freight
- Light and clean commodities
- Over-the-road driving
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle
- Complete assigned loads and deliveries on schedule
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Additional Information
- $200 security deposit, collected over the first 10 weeks
- $59 weekly occupational accident insurance

Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean and safe driving record
- Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
- Reliable communication and professional work ethic
