CDL Bus Driver | Kansas City, MO | Full-Time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Sign-on bonus: $5,000.00

Schedule: Full-time rotating schedule with built-in days off. Schedules are based on operational and route needs and may include weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.

About the Position

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Bus Drivers to safely transport passengers while providing professional, courteous customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and committed to passenger safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses along assigned routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, and safety concerns.
• Maintain required driving logs and documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and applicable safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL), with a passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction-or willingness to obtain the endorsement and remove the restriction.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening(THC included)
• Strong understanding of FMCSA safety regulations.
