    CDL-B Route Delivery Driver
     
    Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a CDL-B Route Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Flagstaff, AZ.

    If you're looking for a Monday–Friday driving position where you'll be home most nights—with only 2–4 overnight trips per month—this could be the opportunity you've been searching for.

    What You'll Do
    • Safely operate a CDL-B commercial delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route.
    • Load, unload, and deliver products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
    • Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
    • Properly secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude.
    • Communicate customer needs, delivery updates, and route information with internal teams.
    • Assist in resolving delivery or inventory discrepancies when needed.
    • Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the workday.
    What We're Looking For
    • Valid CDL-B license with 2 or more years of commercial driving experience.
    • Safe driving record with a strong Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
    • Dependable attendance and a history of reliability.
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to being on time and ready to work each day.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while managing daily routes.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
    • Basic computer skills, including email communication.
    • Willingness to travel overnight 2–4 nights per month.
