CDL B Local Route Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking askilledCDL B Local Route Driver to join ourOperationsteam. In this role, you will be responsible forsafely and efficiently operating a company vehicleon local routes andproviding exceptional, security-focused customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the secure and timely delivery of customer materials, upholding Iron Mountain’s commitment to service excellence.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintaina company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route, ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Managethe complete logistics of the route, including the secure loading, transport, and delivery/pickup of materials, while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records.
• Collaboratewith dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Strong knowledgeof safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and the ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets.
• Proven abilityto perform the physical requirements of the job, including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains.
• A valid CDL Driver’s Licensewith a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
