That means less waiting between loads and more productive miles. No-touch dry van freight is approximately 70% drop-and-hook, helping drivers stay productive while reducing delays at customer locations. Most freight is automotive freight moving primarily east of I-35, with an average haul length of approximately 500 miles. Equipment includes inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems to help drivers stay comfortable and productive on the road.Drivers may take their truck and trailer home, provided secure parking is available. Exceptions apply for drivers living within 50 miles of a terminal.Terminal locations include Tontitown, Arkansas; Laredo and Irving, Texas; North Jackson, Ohio; and Charlotte, North Carolina.Benefits & Additional PayComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. A 401(k) retirement plan with company match is also available. Drivers receive one week of paid vacation after the first year, two weeks after two years, and up to three weeks after five years. Detention pay and layover pay are available based on customer requirements. Orientation consists of a three-day session with transportation and meals provided, and drivers receive $200 for completing orientation. Pet & Rider ProgramLease-purchase drivers may bring dogs with no weight restrictions. Pets are not permitted for company solo drivers. Riders are welcome. Immediate family members must be at least 13 years old, and non-family riders must be at least 18 years old. Career Growth OpportunitiesDrivers interested in expanding their opportunities may move between OTR, Dedicated, and Local positions as openings become available.
