We offer a mix of local dedicated Linehaul runs and local Spotted Trailer Pickups. PART-TIME COMPENSATION & RETIREMENT BENEFITS - Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn up to $33.00 per hour (Effective rate based on assigned routes).
- Weekend Shift Premium: Earn a premium pay bump for choosing to step up and support the crew on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday runs!
- Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate 25% company match on every dollar you contribute (up to 4% of total pay).
- Pay Cycle: Paid every Friday via Direct Deposit (W2 Position).

- Onboarding & Safety Support: $20.00/hr for all initial in-person training and special safety meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (or 5 years within the last 10)
- Clean MVR and background check (FedEx approval standards apply)
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement (Must possess or be willing to obtain before hire)
- Ability to maintain high safety standards while executing part-time shifts
