Pay
The work
Dry van freight across the East, never west of the Mississippi. Drop and hook, preloads and some live loads. You are home every two weeks, and your truck is assigned to you.
Your first steps
A recruiter calls and checks your license and record with you up front. Orientation is in Richmond, takes 2 days at most, and pays $300 once you are hired, with the hotel covered and your bus ticket reimbursed. Then mentor training, then your own truck.
Requirements
Once you pass 30 days: medical, dental, vision, Rx, 401(k), employee stock plan, paid time off, and a tuition free online degree for you plus one family member.
