TMC is now hiring CDL-A Flatbed Drivers
Home Weekends - Earn Up to $120,000 per Year

- Home weekends - our flatbed drivers typically run within a 1,200-mile radius of their home
- Sign-on bonus - up to $5,000 for experienced drivers
- $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
- Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
- $600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck

- Our Experienced Driver Orientation Program keeps you separated from newbies and is only 3-5 days long depending upon your experience level
- If you have limited or no flatbed experience, we will allow you to ride with a Driver Trainer to learn the ropes of flatbedding. All Orientation and time with a Driver Trainer is paid

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- No experience required!
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
- Military experience equivalency may be substituted for some requirements

About Company
In 1972, Harrold Annett purchased the dormant trucking company, The Mickow Corporation. On March 6, driver Wally Harrah delivered TMC's first load from Chicago to Des Moines. With six power units and an office staff of two, Harrold and his team of professionals built TMC into the largest privately-held flatbed carrier in the nation.
