Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Company Drivers & Lease Operators Needed – Anderson Trucking Service

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is hiring experienced Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) flatbed drivers for both Company Driver and Lease Operator positions. Drivers with at least six months of verifiable Over-The-Road (OTR) experience are encouraged to apply for consistent flatbed freight, competitive pay, and a choice between two career paths suited to experienced operators.

Company Driver – Earn $1,700–$2,400 per Week

• Earn $1,700–$2,400 per week
• Earn 26% of the line-haul, with a guaranteed minimum cents per mile (CPM) rate
• Starting rate of 60 CPM, plus accessorials, with increases based on tenure with ATS
• Average CPM: 89 cents
• $2,500 orientation completion bonus
• $1,500 on first settlement, plus $1,000 after 30 days

Lease Operator – Gross $5,700–$8,000 per Week

• Gross $5,700–$8,000 per week
• Take home $2,100–$3,900 per week after expenses
• $3,000 sign-on bonus*
• No money down and no credit check required
• Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
• One-, two-, or three-year lease options available
• 2023–2027 model year Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses
• Completion bonuses after Year One and Year Two

Flatbed Lease Options

• Short-term: 1-year lease – no money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus
• Long-term: 4-year lease – includes Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), no credit check required

Minimum Qualifications for Experienced Drivers

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and demonstrate a stable driving history
• No safety terminations within the past 12 months
• No truck abandonments within the past 36 months
• No preventable DOT accidents within the past 24 months
