Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is hiring experienced flatbed CDL-A truck drivers as company drivers and lease operators. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and have at least six months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience. ATS offers a company driver position and a lease purchase program, so experienced flatbed drivers can choose the path that fits their professional goals.

Company Driver Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly earnings of $1,700–$2,400
• 26% of line-haul revenue, with a guaranteed minimum cents per mile (CPM)
• Starting pay of 70 CPM plus accessorial pay, with increases based on tenure with ATS
• Average pay of 89 CPM
• $2,500 orientation completion bonus: $1,500 paid on the first settlement and $1,000 paid after 30 days

• Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
• One-, two-, or three-year lease options
• 2023–2027 Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses

• Completion bonuses after Year One and Year Two

Flatbed Short-Term and Long-Term Lease Options

• Short-term: 1-year lease, no money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus
• Long-term: 4-year lease, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), no credit check

Driver Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
• At least six months of verifiable OTR experience
• Meets U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, with a stable driving history
• No safety terminations in the past 12 months
• No truck abandonments in the past 36 months
• No preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
