About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Truck Driver for a local, light-touch delivery position in Boston. This role involves transporting food products from warehouses to local food banks throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and areas reaching the New Hampshire border.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $31.30 per hour
• Overtime: After 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Time: Between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.
• End Time: Approximately 3:30 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Temp-to-perm

Job Details

• Stops: Approximately 3–5 stops per day
• Handling: Light touch

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local delivery routes.
• Transport food products from warehouses to food banks.
• Complete approximately 3–5 deliveries per day.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Maintain compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Provide professional and dependable service at each delivery location.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Valid CDL A.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
