Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,800+ per week, top drivers earn $2,100 per week
• Solo miles pay: 57 CPM with 2,579 miles per week
• Per Diem pay: $50.00 per night with 2 nights per week on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Drop & hook pay: $10.00 per drop & $10.00 per hook
• Solo stops pay: $25.00 per stop with 4 stops per week
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Pays you $1,500 at 30 days
• Pays you $1,500 at 90 days
• Route: Regional, some local
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Sunday - Friday with Sunday being a 10:00 PM start time and back Friday morning by 8:00 AM
• Start time: 10:00 PM dispatch
• Deliver solo to: TN & NC
• Tractor Type: Sleeper, refrigerators and inverters
• Trailer Type: Dry van, 53'
• Equipment: Manual pallet jack
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - Pet food

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
