We are hiring experienced Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) drivers for its dedicated Family Dollar fleet. Earn strong pay delivering regional dry freight, with weekly home time and modern automatic sleeper trucks.

Pay & Earnings

• Average $1,948 per week — approximately $101,302 per year
• Top weekly pay: $2,447 — approximately $127,295 per year
• Mileage pay and per-load pay
• Safe and On-Time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

Schedule & Routes

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Start time: 6 a.m.
• Shifts can last up to 14 hours
• Days off vary, usually on weekdays
• Las Vegas-based drivers stay out for 2 weeks, followed by 3 days home
• Regional deliveries across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
