CDL-A Team Drivers | 4,800 Miles Weekly | Refrigerated Routes

Join a dedicated refrigerated fleet with consistent team routes and approximately 4,800 miles per week. All freight is no-touch, with preloaded trailers and deliveries to distribution centers.

Pay:

• Average: $1,980 per week ($102,960 annually)
• Top earners: $2,294 per week ($119,288 annually)
• Mileage pay split between team drivers
• Safe and on-time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

Schedule:

• Utah, Madison, Peoria, and Dallas teams are home weekly
• Missouri floater teams stay out for 3–4 weeks
• Other routes may have different home-time schedules

• Company-provided sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• Truck parking at a C.R. England facility may be available for drivers living within 100 miles

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of driving experience
• Team driving availability
