Job Details
Dedicated frozen grocery shuttle account
Shuttle frozen grocery loads between Westfield, MA and relay yards in Milford, CT or West Haven, CT
Drop & hook and no-touch shuttle freight
Typically 5–10 shuttle runs per day, with a minimum of 3 required
May also handle trailer moves, store transfers, and local backhauls
No NYC deliveries for shuttle drivers
Store deliveries may be required as needed and typically involve 2–3 stops
May assist with other local/intermodal accounts
Electric pallet jack may be used for store deliveries
Occasional return product and backhaul pickups

Holiday work required when the account is operating and it falls on the driver's scheduled day
Thanksgiving and Christmas are listed as off; New Year's is not guaranteed
Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
Clean driving record
DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Reliable transportation to and from work daily
Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and inspect tractor/trailer tires
Must operate safely and legally at all times
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to assist with store deliveries and other account needs
