CDL A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a regional position running the Great Lakes area. This opportunity is well-suited for both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates looking to start their driving career. New drivers or those with under six months of experience will begin by running OTR with an experienced trainer, hauling 53' dry van trailers, before transitioning into the Great Lakes regional route.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100 to $1,500 per week
• $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience, plus $15 per stop pay
• Trainee pay of $900 per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles, maintain an accident-free record, and achieve 7 mpg or better
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Details

• Regional lanes covering the Great Lakes area
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers
• Initial 4-6 week OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Weekly home time on the weekends
• Willingness to run day or night shifts
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,700 to 2,000 miles

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school or equivalent driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs within the past 5 years, and no felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
• Stable work history with no major employment gaps
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
