Pay & Earning Opportunities

• Starting Pay: $1,500 -$1,800 (Based on experience)
• Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week
• Hub-to-hub mileage compensation
• Direct deposit
• Consistent dedicated freight with customer backhauls as needed

Home Time & Schedule

Home Weekly – Regular Time Back at Home!

• Regional Southeast driving operation
• Home weekly
• Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles weekly
• Drivers generally remain on the road during their scheduled workweek
• Weekly home-arrival timing depends on freight and dispatch
• Multi-state regional routes

Freight & Equipment

• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Approximately 60% drop-and-hook
• Approximately 40% live loading/unloading without driver freight handling
• Dedicated company freight
• Customer backhauls as needed
• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors
• Automatic-transmission restrictions accepted
• HazMat endorsement not required

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must reside within 100 miles of Little Rock, AR 72201
• Must be comfortable with regional driving and weekly home time
• Must meet carrier safety and qualification standards
• Must be flexible with assigned routes and customer backhauls
