    Location: Aurora, Colorado

    Position Overview
    Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional grocery fleet based in the Denver metro area. Freight on this fleet is grocery, no-touch, running Colorado, southern Wyoming and eastern Utah.
    Home time is weekly, which makes this a strong fit for drivers who want a predictable routine and a consistent paycheck rather than long, open-ended stretches on the road. Average earnings on this account run $1,625 per week, approximately $84,500 annualized.
    Key Responsibilities
    You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.
    You will transport freight on schedule across Colorado, southern Wyoming and eastern Utah, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk.
    All loads are live unload and drop-hook no-touch freight.
    Drivers average 1,700 miles weekly with six loads and around 13 stops. Mountain loads are typically a two-day run.
    Support staff are available 24/7.
    You will verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery, secure freight correctly for transit, and complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately so the customer's records and yours agree.
    You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown.
    Requirements
    A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
    An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment.
    Hiring around Aurora (100 miles), Vail (75 miles) and Rifle (85 miles), CO.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency.
    A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application. Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one.
    Compensation and Benefits
    Average earnings on this account are $1,625 per week, approximately $84,500 annualized. Pay is made up of: Pay per mile; Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus.
    Home time: Home Weekly. Six days on followed by two days off. Drivers come through the house every other day. The account runs 24/7 including day and night driving and weekend work.
    Equipment: new 2025 automatic transmission trucks with auto-chains. There are currently 12 openings on this fleet.
    We place drivers directly with the fleets we represent, and we stay with you through the process — application, orientation scheduling, and the first weeks on the account.
