Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Annual Pay: $120,000
• Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $2,308
• Weekly Minimum Guarantee:
• • $1,600 when running loads for the home-terminal customer
  • $2,000 when assigned to other dedicated customers
• Quarterly Loyalty Bonus: $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter
• Paid weekly, with paid holidays
• Out on the road for at least 3 weeks, with assignments potentially lasting up to 4 weeks
• Flexible scheduling required; operations run 24/7
• Hotel provided for each 34-hour reset during extended trips

Job Details

• Regional flex operation with assignments across multiple dedicated customers
• May be assigned special projects as needed
• Haul refrigerated and dry van freight
• Trailers equipped with liftgates
• Assigned late-model Freightliner sleeper trucks

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hire
• Must meet FMCSA English-language requirements
