Class A CDL Regional Driver — Indiana & Midwest Region

$1,600–$1,800/Wk Avg ($115k Top Cap) | $2,500 Sign-On | Weekly Home Time | Touch Freight

Looking for a high-paying regional route where your hard work directly drives your paycheck? We're taking on Class A drivers for a dedicated account running across Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Expect heavy earning potential, regular home resets, and strong mileage-plus-touch rates.

Compensation & Bonus Breakdown

  • Weekly Income: Averages $1,600 to $1,800 per week (top runners cross $2,200/wk; yearly range spans $80,000–$115,000+)
  • Effective Pay Rate: Combined mileage and accessorial earnings average out around $1.50 all-in per mile
  • Experience-Based Scale:

    • 0–59 months: $0.80 CPM
    • 60–71 months: $0.82 CPM
    • 72–83 months: $0.84 CPM
    • 84+ months: $0.86 CPM
  • Unload & Return Pay: Get an extra $325 for every trailer you unload, plus $30 per return load (backhaul).

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: $250 after load #1 $250 at 30, 60 days $500 at 90 days $250 at 120, 150 days $750 at 180 days

Route & Schedule Details

  • Home Time: Weekly off-duty 34-hour reset (weekend off-days are not guaranteed)
  • Freight & Offloading: Dedicated runs with 100% manual box-by-box offloading using roller conveyors
  • Weekly Mileage & Runs: You'll cover around 1,110 miles weekly across 3 assigned loads, with each run usually requiring 3 to 5 delivery stops.
  • Operational Hours: Involves overnight driving, early morning drop-offs, and taking your 10-hour rest break right before offloading
  • Trucks & Training: Drive late-model Freightliner, International, or Kenworth rigs. Orientation features a 1-week paid ride-along program at $150 daily.

Qualification Checklist

  • License & Experience: Valid Class A CDL with at least 90 days of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months
  • Physical Demands: Able to clear full trailer unloads by hand and comfortable working in hot or freezing weather conditions
  • Orientation Prep: Prepared to bring two weeks worth of personal clothing and supplies to orientation
  • Parking Security: Guaranteed access to secure, monitored parking during home time (dual-security features like guard gates or cameras required; no retail lot parking)
  • Background Standards: Clean MVR and background history (Non-SAP position)
