Are you a recent CDL-A graduate looking for your first trucking opportunity?

We are hiring motivated entry-level CDL-A drivers for a paid training program designed to help new drivers gain professional over-the-road driving experience.

No previous professional driving experience required!

Qualified drivers will receive onboarding, hands-on training with an experienced mentor, and the opportunity to transition into a solo driving position.

Pay & Earnings

• Training Pay: $0.35 per mile
• After 3 Months: $0.45–$0.55 per mile
• After 1 Year: $0.50–$0.60 per mile
• After 3 Years: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
• Performance Incentives: Up to an additional $0.10 per mile
• Average Solo Weekly Earnings: $1,000–$1,200
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,500+

Pay varies based on experience, performance, miles driven, and applicable program requirements. Average solo earnings are not guaranteed during training.

Paid Orientation & Training

• Orientation location: Tontitown, Arkansas
• Seven-day onboarding program
• Minimum 10 days of mentor training
• Orientation pay: $200 if hired
• Food stipend: $100
• Lodging provided during orientation
• Travel assistance available based on distance

Orientation Travel Assistance:

• 0–50 miles: $100
• 51–200 miles: $300
• 201–400 miles: $500
• 401+ miles: $800

Flight or bus transportation may be available when needed.

Home Time & Schedule

• Out 1–2 weeks at a time
• Typical schedule: Monday through Saturday
• 34-hour reset every Sunday

This position is best suited for drivers comfortable being away from home for extended periods.

Freight & Equipment

• No-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop-and-hook
• Dry van freight, including automotive and general commodities
• Automatic sleeper trucks
• Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Governed speed: 65 mph pedal / 67 mph cruise

Additional Driver Pay

• Stop Pay: $15
• Detention: $15 per hour after two hours
• Layover: $75 per day
• Breakdown Pay: $100
• Additional Multi-Stop Pay: $15, excluding first and last stops

Driver Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• CDL-A obtained within the last 12 months
• Less than three months of professional CDL-A driving experience
• No more than four traffic violations within the past three years
• No DUI within the past five years
• Must successfully complete required drug screening
• No Hazmat endorsement required
• No TWIC card or passport required
