    Location: I-95 corridor — multiple domiciles
    Average Earnings: $1,511 per week — approximately $78,604 annualized
    Position Overview
    Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated building-products account hauling no-touch retail freight along the I-95 corridor. Freight on this fleet is dry van retail goods, no-touch, running the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, west as far as Ohio and south to Alabama.
    Home time comes every two weeks, giving you a clear, repeatable schedule you can plan your life around while still running the miles that make the paycheck. Average earnings on this account run $1,511 per week, approximately $78,604 annualized.
    Key Responsibilities
    You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.
    You will transport freight on schedule across the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, west as far as Ohio and south to Alabama, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk.
    The fleet is roughly a 50/50 mix of live load/unload and drop-and-hook locations.
    Drivers average two stops per week and around 2,000 miles.
    You will verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery, secure freight correctly for transit, and complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately so the customer's records and yours agree.
    You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown.
    Requirements
    A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
    An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment.
    Hiring within 50 miles of Shippensburg, Philadelphia and Ono PA, Burlington NJ, Dover DE, Big Island VA, Winston Salem, Charlotte and Fayetteville NC, Darlington SC, Rincon GA and Jacksonville FL. Park at home or a secure location nearby.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency.
    A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application. Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one.
    Compensation and Benefits
    Average earnings on this account are $1,511 per week, approximately $78,604 annualized. Pay is made up of: Mileage pay; Stop pay; Detention pay.
    Home time: Home every 2 weeks. Two days home every two weeks out. Drivers who prefer to stay out longer earn one day off for every week out. Typical shifts are 14 hours, and this is a 24/7 operation with day and night deliveries.
    Equipment: automatic transmission trucks pulling dry van trailers. There are currently 5 openings on this fleet.
    If the fleet's start point is in a different state from where you live, the company covers your travel out to orientation - bus or flight - and pays for your lodging while you are there.
    We place drivers directly with the fleets we represent, and we stay with you through the process — application, orientation scheduling, and the first weeks on the account.
