CDL A Local Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for a local intermodal account based in Troutdale, OR. This role offers daily home time, consistent drop-and-hook freight, high weekly earnings potential, and a comprehensive benefits package that begins after 30 days.

• Compensation
  • $1,400–$1,800 per week
  • Pay choice: $0.65 per mile or $23.00 per hour (driver selects)
  • $40 short-haul pay for loads under 50 miles (approximately 90% of loads)
  • Short-haul pay frequently yields $800–$1,000 per week for many drivers
  • $750 bonus for every 50 customer deliveries/pickups (maximum $5,000)

• Job Details
  • Location: Troutdale, OR; local runs around Portland and surrounding areas
  • 100% drop-and-hook intermodal trailers (no freight handling required)
  • Day and night shifts required; schedule options: Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat
  • Typically 3–6 loads per day; 1,000–1,500 miles per week
  • Holidays off unless volunteering to work
• Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Valid CDL Class A
  • At least 6 months of recent driving experience
  • Clean driving record: no accidents, moving violations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
  • No DUI convictions; no felony convictions; no misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years
  • Not terminated from most recent driving position
  • Employment history: generally a stable 10-year work history without major unexplained gaps; at least 6 months of driving experience in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
  • Residence within 25 miles of Troutdale, OR
