We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local refrigerated grocery delivery position based in Shelbyville, Indiana. Enjoy daily home time, competitive pay, consistent freight, and newer automatic equipment while staying close to home.
Drivers with at least 6 months of recent Class A CDL experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400+
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Mileage pay plus:
- Stop Pay
- Load Pay
- Detention Pay
- Performance-based mileage increase after one year
- Sign-On Bonus up to $7,500 (paid in installments based on performance and tenure)
Home Time & Schedule
- Home Daily
- Average 8-hour shifts
- Start times between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM
- One weekend day off each week
- One floating weekday off during non-peak season
- Average 1–2 stops per day
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
- Deliver refrigerated grocery freight to customer locations
- Use a pallet jack and assist with unloading as needed
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule

- Late-model Freightliner and International tractors
- Automatic transmissions
- Day cabs

- Electronic logging devices (ELD)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No endorsements required
- Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
- Ability to assist with unloading freight using a pallet jack
- Must live within approximately 60 miles of Shelbyville, IN
