    Location: Aurora, Colorado
    Average Earnings: $1,625 per week — approximately $84,500 annualized
    Position Overview
    Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated grocery distribution account serving the Denver metro area. Freight on this fleet is grocery, no-touch, running grocery stores throughout Colorado and into Cheyenne, WY.
    This is a home-daily position, so you sleep in your own bed every night. It suits drivers who want the earnings of a dedicated account without the time away from home. Average earnings on this account run $1,625 per week, approximately $84,500 annualized.
    Key Responsibilities
    You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.
    You will transport freight on schedule across grocery stores throughout Colorado and into Cheyenne, WY, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk.
    All loads are live unload and drop-hook no-touch freight.
    Drivers average 1,700 miles weekly across one to three loads per day and roughly 13 stops per week, running the same stores on predictable routes.
    Drivers work six days followed by two days off in a 24/7 operation.
    You will verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery, secure freight correctly for transit, and complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately so the customer's records and yours agree.
    You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown.
    Requirements
    A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
    An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment.
    Hiring within 60 miles of Aurora, CO. Trucks cannot be taken home and are parked at the distribution facility.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency.
    A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application. Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one.
    Compensation and Benefits
    Average earnings on this account are $1,625 per week, approximately $84,500 annualized. Pay is made up of: Pay per mile; Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus.
    Home time: Home Daily. Home daily, with occasional overnight runs during surge periods. Drivers run nights, evenings and early mornings with no set schedule. Short mountain runs still get drivers home the same day.
    Equipment: new 2025 automatic transmission trucks. There are currently 8 openings on this fleet.
    We place drivers directly with the fleets we represent, and we stay with you through the process — application, orientation scheduling, and the first weeks on the account.
