Position Highlights
- Earnings:$1,700/week average (Top earners make $1,900/wk | $83,000/year cap)
- CPM Scale: $0.63 (3–11 mos) | $0.65 (12–36 mos) | $0.67 (37–60 mos) | $0.69 (61+ mos)
- Activity & Bonus Pay:$65 per trailer unload | $22 per stop | $15/hr breakdown & detention (after 2 hrs) | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,000 at 14 & 60 days; $1,250 at 180 days; $1,750 at 270 days; $2,500 at 365 days)
- Home Time & Schedule:Home Daily with 2 consecutive days off | Assigned hourly start times (open shifts: 10 PM–Midnight or 2 AM–5 AM) | Mandatory 6th day during pre-holiday weeks
- Freight & Lanes: Dedicated store deliveries across IN, IL, & OH | 1,400–1,600 miles/wk | 100% driver unload into store backrooms using a motorized pallet jack
- Perks: Paid 1–2 day ride-along onboarding ($100/day) | Full benefits after 60 days | 24/7 on-site dispatch staff & mechanic support
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing & Experience: Active Class A CDL & valid DOT Medical Card | Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
- Location & Travel: Residence must fall within the Central Indiana hiring area | Personal transport required for daily DC commute (slip-seat setup)
- Work Requirements: Physical capability for motorized pallet jack unloads | Flexible for night shifts, weekends, and mandatory holiday periods
- Record: Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)
