• 40-hour weekly minimum guaranteed

Job Details

• Dedicated retail account
• Driver base: St. Paul, MN
• Operate within a 250-mile radius of St. Paul
• Deliver products to retail department stores
• Meet a linehaul driver in Black River Falls, WI for a live swap
• Multi-stop, predetermined/static routes
• Same retail locations and consistent appointment times each week
• Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at store locations
• Freight is stacked floor to ceiling
• Average 50-300 boxes per stop
• Approximately 500-700 boxes per trailer
• Boxes range from 2-100 lbs, with most weighing 30-60 lbs
• Pallet jack used occasionally for palletized freight
• Very labor-intensive and physically demanding position

Shift Details

• Monday-Friday
• Average 2 Saturdays per month
• Every Saturday during peak periods: November-December and March-April
• Start time: 2:00 AM
• 10-12 hour shifts
• Home daily
• Busy periods may require a 6-day workweek, generally 15-20 times per year, with advance notice

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to perform frequent, physically demanding hand unloading
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 100 lbs
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
• Reliable attendance and commitment to on-time service
